HGL ART Mandarin & Me is a joyful parent-and-child class designed for toddlers ages 12–18 months. Through music, movement, sensory play, art, storytelling, and hands-on exploration, children are introduced to Mandarin Chinese（简体中文） in a warm, engaging, and play-based environment.This class encourages early language development while strengthening the bond between parent and child. Each session is thoughtfully designed to support children's cognitive, social-emotional, and motor development while building confidence through meaningful interactions.

Instructor
Dr. Zhanar Toktarbay
Dr. Zhanar Toktarbay earned a Ph.D. from Beijing Language and Culture University in 2021. Since then, she have taught in Kazakhstan, Canada, and the United States, gaining extensive experience in teaching Chinese to beginners whose native languages include Russian, French, and English. Her teaching approach emphasizes fostering children's interest in learning Chinese through engaging and interactive methods. Her dedicated to providing enriching and meaningful lessons for young learners, and she look forward to contributing to their educational journey.
