HEAD TEACHER

Chengxin (Chloe) Liang is an accomplished early childhood educator and professional visual artist with an interdisciplinary background in education, fine arts, and illustration. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Childhood Education and Studio Art, as well as a Master of Fine Arts (M.F.A.) in Illustration from the Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT), New York City, one of the world's leading institutions for art and design.

As a New York State-trained educator with extensive experience in early childhood classrooms, art education, and curriculum development, Chloe specializes in creating inquiry-based learning experiences that integrate academic excellence with artistic exploration. Her teaching philosophy emphasizes the development of the whole child by fostering intellectual curiosity, creativity, confidence, and emotional well-being within a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.

Drawing upon her professional background as an illustrator and educator, Chloe thoughtfully incorporates visual storytelling, open-ended art experiences, sensory exploration, and project-based learning into the classroom. She believes that the arts are a powerful language through which young children develop communication skills, critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and self-expression.

At HGL ART Preschool, Chloe is dedicated to cultivating a joyful, inspiring, and internationally minded classroom where every child is encouraged to explore, create, collaborate, and develop a lifelong love of learning. She is deeply aligned with the school's philosophy of integrating the arts into early childhood education and is passionate about helping children build strong academic foundations while nurturing creativity, independence, and global perspectives.

Chloe is proud to be part of the HGL ART Preschool community, where innovative teaching, artistic excellence, and individualized learning come together to prepare children to thrive both in school and beyond.
