Dr. Zhanar Toktarbay earned her Ph.D. from Beijing Language and Culture University in 2021. She brings many years of experience in teaching language to young children across international settings, including Kazakhstan, Canada, and the United States. Her extensive background includes working with beginner learners from diverse linguistic backgrounds, such as Russian, French, and English.
