HGL ART’s distinguished leadership team works in close collaboration with each other to develop thoughtful and unique programming for our preschool and enrichment classcommunity. With backgrounds in Educational Leadership, Business, Art Education, and more, our women-led team is committed to providing innovative and creative opportunities for the children and families that we serve.

Our dedicated team of exceptional educators is committed to providing a nurturing and supportive environment where children can thrive. Our teachers are experienced professionals who are passionate about early childhood education and have a deep understanding of child development. Each classroom is staffed by exceptionally qualified Head Teachers and Associate Teachers. To ensure consistent instruction, we have also assigned Classroom Support Specialists who work collaboratively with all classes throughout the day. These specialists are readily available to assist as needed and to fill in for any absences. Your child will consistently be taught by familiar educators whom they know and trust. Our classrooms are intentionally staffed to exceed the DOHMH-mandated student-teacher ratios. This allows us to provide a more personalized and enriching educational experience.
