Art Specialist

She is an art curriculum designer, art education writer, designer, and a mother of two. She graduated from the top one art school in China, China Central Academy of Fine Arts, and earned her master’s degree from the University of the Arts London. With over a decade of experience in the art and design industry, she ran her own design agency, successfully completing numerous design projects and exhibitions, showcasing her expertise in creative and aesthetic innovation.

After having children, she became even more committed to nurturing creativity, but she soon felt frustrated because she couldn’t find a high-quality, engaging, and professionally designed art program for young learners. As a beneficiary of art education herself, Shimeng deeply understands its impact and hopes that the next generation can also receive professional early art education to develop their creative thinking from a young age.

Drawing from her professional background, she meticulously designed an art enrichment program, which has gained recognition and love from many families in New York and spread widely on social media. Many children in the U.S. and China have been learning art with her, enjoying the creative journey along the way.

Her program isn’t just about teaching kids how to draw—it’s about nurturing creativity, encouraging self-expression, and helping children develop their own artistic languages. She hopes that every child with a passion for art can find joy and confidence in creating with us. Whether they become artists or not, the ability to think creatively and express themselves freely will be a lifelong asset.
